Self-service and representative-led

The Tshepo Hope Funerals service-product journey will support customers who prefer to transact independently and customers who want assistance from a sales representative.

ACustomer self-serviceThe customer explores a service product, chooses the available option, completes the required information and selects an available payment method.
BRepresentative-led journeyThe representative helps the customer complete the same structured process without changing the product information or required customer confirmations.
CProcessing and confirmationThe submitted sale is routed through the applicable Tshepo Hope sales and payment process for confirmation and fulfilment.

Submit Sale Validation

After completing an applicable regulated product sale, the InsureEasy representative must submit the required customer validation through the existing process. Representatives using this route operate under InsureEasy Brokers and do not work for Tshepo Hope Funerals or 1Life.
